2. The main differences in the nature of use are as follows:
Pet is more environmentally friendly than PVC, especially in food. For example, coke bottles are blow molded by PET. Because PVC contains halogen, it produces hydrogen sulfide toxic gas during combustion, which is not environmentally friendly. Secondly, pet has much better transparency and scratch resistance than PVC. In fact, pet for making boxes is APET or PETG, both of which are modified PET, but the ingredients are slightly different. PVC is blue, APET has some rainbow phenomenon, and APET is on the high side in terms of price.
